1. About Platinum Driveline
Platinum Driveline, Inc. is an automotive parts supplier specializing in clutch products, clutch kits, clutch hydraulics, flywheels, and related automotive products.
Our products are intended for use in the applications specified by Platinum Driveline or the applicable product documentation.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, dimensions, application information, and other information displayed on our website are accurate and current.
However, product information may change without notice.
Product images may represent a general product appearance and may not always show the exact configuration, packaging, labeling, or components included with the product being purchased.

3. Vehicle Fitment and Application Information

Although Platinum Driveline makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate application information, variations may exist between vehicles due to production changes, vehicle modifications, option packages, engine or transmission combinations, and other application-specific differences.
The customer is responsible for verifying that the product is correct for the specific vehicle and application before placing an order.
When purchasing a clutch kit, customers should verify the vehicle year, make, model, engine, transmission, flywheel configuration, clutch size, spline configuration, and other relevant application information when applicable.
If you are unsure whether a product is correct for your vehicle, contact Platinum Driveline before ordering.
4. Product Compatibility
Platinum Driveline cannot guarantee compatibility when individual components are purchased separately and combined with components from other manufacturers or suppliers.
A complete clutch system consists of multiple components that must be properly matched to the vehicle and to one another.
For this reason, individual clutch components sold separately are not covered by warranty, because Platinum Driveline cannot confirm the complete pairing of all components being used together.
5. Orders
Placing an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
Platinum Driveline reserves the right to accept or decline any order.
We may cancel or modify an order when necessary, including situations involving:
- Incorrect pricing
- Incorrect product information
- Product availability issues
- Inventory discrepancies
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incorrect shipping information
- Application or fitment concerns
- Errors in the order
If an order is canceled after payment has been received, the applicable payment amount will be refunded.
6. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.
Platinum Driveline reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
If a product has been listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, system, or other error, Platinum Driveline may cancel the order and issue a refund rather than fulfill the order at the incorrect price.
Taxes, shipping charges, handling charges, and other applicable fees may be added to the order total.

Orders must be paid using an accepted payment method at the time of purchase unless other payment terms have been approved by Platinum Driveline.
Platinum Driveline reserves the right to verify payment information and may delay or cancel an order if payment cannot be properly verified.
8. Shipping
Shipping times provided on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.
Platinum Driveline is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs, transportation disruptions, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Additional charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided.
9. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery.
If a product appears to have been damaged during shipping, customers should document the damage with photographs and contact Platinum Driveline as soon as possible.
Shipping damage should be reported before the product is installed.
Do not install a product that appears damaged.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns are subject to the Platinum Driveline Refund, Returns & Clutch Warranty Policy.
Unless otherwise stated, products must be returned within the applicable return period, unused and uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging.
Installed or used products generally cannot be returned as standard merchandise returns.
Certain sale, clearance, custom, special-order, or otherwise identified products may have different return restrictions.
Please contact Platinum Driveline before returning any product.
11. Warranty
Qualifying Platinum Driveline clutch kits and clutch sets, clutch hydraulic products, and flywheels are covered by the applicable Platinum Driveline Limited Warranty.
The standard warranty period for qualifying products is:
24 months or 24,000 miles from the date of installation, whichever occurs first.
Individual clutch components sold separately are not covered by warranty because Platinum Driveline cannot confirm the complete pairing, application, installation, and compatibility of all components being used together.
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and the complete terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions contained in the Platinum Driveline Limited Warranty.

12. Installation
Automotive products should be installed by a qualified technician using appropriate installation procedures and manufacturer specifications.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the correct product is selected and properly installed.
Platinum Driveline is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect application, modification, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow appropriate installation procedures.
If you have questions regarding an application or installation, contact Platinum Driveline before installing the product.
13. Modification of Products
Products must not be modified, altered, disassembled, or otherwise changed from their original configuration unless specifically authorized by Platinum Driveline.
Modification or alteration of a product may void applicable warranty coverage.
14. Intended Use
Products sold by Platinum Driveline are intended for their specified automotive applications.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, products are not warranted for racing, competition, high-performance applications, or use outside of their intended application.
The customer is responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for any modified or specialized vehicle.
15. Website Content
All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, logos, application data, tables, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Platinum Driveline unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Platinum Driveline, its owners, employees, officers, agents, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from the customer’s misuse of the website or products, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or violation of applicable laws or regulations.
